For 2 weeks I will be eating refugee rations to help raise money for @razom.for.ukraine.
My rations each week will be -
White rice: 1.92kg
Plain flour : 400g
Red Lentils :170g
Vegetable oil: 330ml
Dried chickpeas: 85g
Tin of kidney beans: 1 x 400g
Tofu : 120g
