The mission of Genesis Women's Shelter & Support is to provide safety, shelter, and support for women who have experienced domestic violence, and to raise the level of awareness regarding its cause, prevalence and impact. 

Due to Covid-19, these children have become reliant on digital tools to support distance-learning – a trend that will likely continue this Fall. Technology is in short-supply for moms at the shelter, with multiple children often using a single cell-phone to support their education. Providing Chromebooks for the shelter’s school will enable these kids to continue learning in a safe environment.
