Refugees face unemployment levels four times the national average. Breaking Barriers supports refugees in London into employment, offering 1-1 advice and guidance as well as English language and IT classes. We work directly with businesses which offer paid work-placements and permanent job opportunities. Refugees need our help now more than ever, as the employment landscape becomes more challenging as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. Breaking Barriers will continue to be there for the many refugees in London and support them into work.
