This year's chosen charity for mhs homes is Kent Austistic Trust. A great charity which makes a real difference to people's lives. I am also 50 - it is 7 years since I cycled John O'Groats to Lands End - so in a fit of mid life crisis have agreed to do the 'reverse diagional' Cape Wrath to Dover. 1,000 miles in 12 days. I am over weight and have dodgy 'rugby knees'. It is going to be tough!
