Militant group Hamas launched surprise attacks Saturday morning. An unprecedented situation, Palestinian militants fired a deadly barrage of rockets and sent gunmen into Israel from Gaza. Hundreds and counting of innocent civilians have been killed. The situation continues to unfold and remains critical as hostages have been reported and towns infiltrated by terrorists.

The IDF launched "Operation Swords of Iron" in response. As a result, thousands of IDF soldiers and reservists have been mobilized to respond to these attacks.

FIDF's primary mission is to provide support for the educational, social, and wellbeing needs of the courageous men and women of the IDF.
