The NI Childrens Hospice is the only service of its type within NI caring for children and young people with very complex needs. Offering a high level of care and support to young people with life limiting conditions as well as end of life care to their families and carers also. 

There are over 750 life-limited children living In Northern Ireland, these children have very complex needs often requiring 24 hour care and many will die before reaching adult hood.

Each year it costs £3 million to run the regional service an the NICH relies heavy on the public to raise £2.5 million of that £3 million through fundraising and donation. 

Our son Maddison has been attending the hospice from he was a baby and the support we've received has been amazing, as a family we can go to the Horizon house and hide away from the world in the most loving peaceful surroundings having a full nights sleep knowing Maddison is in the best care is just priceless!
