Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
On 30th August 2014 I am cycling the 300 miles from London to Newcastle in just 24 hours! I will be cycling from 10am-10am in order to cover the distance in time. Although this is a huge challenge, it is nothing compared to the battle young cancer sufferers have every day! Lets raise as much money as possible for this amazing cause...
Every day 6 teenagers hear the words “you have cancer”. If you’re a teenager and unlucky enough to be diagnosed with cancer, chances are you’ll receive treatment on a ward with very young children or elderly patients. Teenage Cancer Trust funds specialist teenage units in NHS hospitals, providing an environment where teenagers can get on with being teenagers, an environment expected to improve survival rates and ensure a better future for patients and their families.
I saw first hand the help Teenage Cancer Trust gave my friend Mark Bulman before he sadly lost his battle in 2010, aged just 21. For more information on the great work they do, visit www.teenagecancertrust.org
Any donations you can give will make a huge difference, so please dig deep!! And don't forget to click the gift aid box :-)
Thank you!!!
