Annual cycle ride - Thames Path · 7 October 2012

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

This year i will be participating in the 12 mile annual cycle ride for the Greenwich and Bexley Community Hospice. As many of you know, this charity has always been very close to my heart. I worked at the hospice for a while whilst i trained as a nurse, and although my nursing career eventually took me in a different direction, the influences from the dedicated team at the hospice set me an extremely high standard to live up to. The care provided at the GBCH, not only to patients but relatives too really is GOLD standard. I hope that i can play a small part in ensuring they can continue to provide this service.

This year is extra special because my two fabulous, crazy children Kitty and Ashley will also be cycling with me. They are 9 and 7 and have been practising hard to cycle long distances. I am really proud that they understand the importance of raising money for good causes and we have set a target of £500.

So please, dig deep and help us to achieve our target!

Thank You all!!!!! XXxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
