Hi Guys...
On the 6th March this year I start my 1st half Marathon of 13, where I will travel round the UK and complete 1 half marathon every week.
Keeping with the theme of 13, I am looking to raise £1300 for each of the three charities I have chosen, Great Ormond Street Hospital, S.A.N.D.S (https://www.uk-sands.org/) and UNICEF
I have completely changed my diet, I am working out 5 plus times a week and have QUIT BOOZE FOR 5 MONTHS!!
