Hi everyone! Most of you know how much I love baking and for the last few years I've been challenging myself to try one of the bakes from the GBBO each week. With the show's challenges getting increasingly obscure (a cake bust showstopper in week one, really?!) and shops STILL running out of key ingredients because of the pandemic, this year's personal bake off challenge could get really interesting.

These uncertain times are continuing to impact charities like Inspire. Inspire helps young people believe and achieve by connecting them with local businesses to develop their skills, motivation and aspirations for the world of work. We've had to quickly adapt and move most of our programmes online so that we can continue to support schools and young people. The job market is getting even tougher and we need to give young people in our communities the best possible chance to succeed. 

Watch me take on a new baking challenge each week and help me raise some dough for Inspire in the process, so this vital work can continue! My brilliant fiancé has kindly risen to the challenge of being head judge and will sample each week's creation...being stuck at home with me is looking pretty sweet for him right now!
