Hey all!!

This year I will be travelling to Bangladesh with a charity called Selfless, whom over the years have treated over 30,000 patients. Selfless aims to tackle global health inequalities. 

This year they will be focusing on 3 main areas:

• Brush with Kindness - aim to reduce dental decay with children by providing biodegradable toothbrushes and education on oral hygiene. 
• Maternal Health Camps - The team will be visiting a few expecting mothers in a rural village and handing out care packages which include things like folic acid, baby mosquito net and postpartum pads.
• Cataract Surgery Programme - Each procedure only cost £30!! Which includes screening, procedure, medicines and post-op care. 

With your donations, we can continue to make a positive impact on peoples lives and their families. Any contributions will go towards funding these free health camps.
