Many children are born blind, deaf or mute, but their story can be bigger and brighter than that. It doesn't have to be all doom and gloom! They can sing, dream big, play drums and show lots of heart. Deserving children desperately want to stand on their own two feet and we want to help out other blind, deaf, and homeless young people. Here at EastHands we want to assist in the educational needs of those most in need in Bangladesh and just £300 a year can help to dramatically improve a young persons education. These children don't have to be helpless and hopeless in a country which stigmatizes the less able. They have always been invisible in Bangladesh. Lets not treat these people like second-class citizens and often they are mistakenly identified as emotionally or intellectually challenged.
