Valentines Day is a time for doing something special for a loved one..  Theres nothing more heartbreaking than watching someone close to you suffer from a condition like Alzheimer's, something I have personal experience with. 

I'm asking this year instead of the many cards and gifts I receive to give the cost and postage to my chosen charity.  My aim is to raise as much for the charities that personally mean a lot to me this year, your help will be touching my heart more than any card or gift will.  You can leave me a personal message on my page with your donation and I will give a personal mention from my twitter account to each individual even if its given anonymously!
