We hope if you are reading this, that you have absolutely no understanding of a hospice and terminal cancer, we hope it has left you and your family and your friends untouched.

But if you have - you will know how utterly vital Hospice care is. It is hard enough dealing with terminal cancer, the pain, the symtoms, and the ever present onslaught of its eventual outcome... but without the help of The Hospice it would seem impossible.

Both my Mum Barbara in April 2000, and Jasmine in November 2012 received hospice care. It is hard to describe here in a few words just how much they helped. They hold your hand whilst you hold the hand of your loved one. They support you, help you and talk you through the frightening parts. They allow the person you love pass away with as little pain as possible and with the most amount of dignity. That is why we've called our page its title.
