During the current lockdown, I can’t imagine how terrible it must be to be trapped with an abusive person. Organisations like Cheshire without Abuse, provide advice and a safe haven if needed.

Although my birthday this year will be spent at home without the usual celebrations in person with friends, I am safe and happy and loved. If you feel able to support this organisation and make a difference, I’d very much appreciate it
