Fundraising for Royal Artillery Charitable Fund
£315
raised of £250 target
Event: Ex Hadrians Magpie, on 1 June 2020
We help all Gunners & RA veterans in need to overcome their times of hardship.

Story

Soldiers from 101st (Northumbrian) Regiment Royal Artillery who are centrally based in Gateshead are going to challenge themselves to complete 84 miles, the total length of Hadrian's Wall, by running or walking within 30 days. This will be done virtually to minimise risk from COVID-19. We are doing this to raise money for both the National Health Services and the Royal Artillery Charitable Fund. These two charities are close the Regiment’s heart, not only by having NHS employees within our ranks but also the RACF which has helped so many Gunners whether serving or retired.
