On the 29th April 2017 I will be taking part in the ride 2017 cycling from Lampeter to Cardiff (about 80 miles) to help raise money for the friends of ty gwyn who raise money providing specialist equipment and technology for
Ty gwyn special school which my youngest son Theo attends.
