I am joining my brother in law Tim on this coastal walk to raise money for The Cure Parkinsons Trust.

Along with the rest of the team of family and friends, supporters and well wishers, our aim is  to raise £100,000 to help the charity with their vital research into finding a cure for Parkinson's disease. As I start to seek sponsorship, it is amazing to hear how many of those I talk with have friends or relations who suffer from this debilitating condition, indeed my  Uncle was unfortunate enough to be affected in this way many years ago long before the hope that continued research provides. Parkinson's is no respector of age, gender or nationality  and we must all do what we can to support  Tim and The Cure Parkinson's Trust.

We hope to be joined by others for all or part of our journey, so if you find yourself in Norfolk on the 18th to 21st of August please feel free to join us. Every one is welcome!
