Story

I am volunteering in July at the Wendt Center's Camp-Forget-Me-Not/Camp Erin DC to remember my brother, Robert, and to help DC-area children who have lost someone in their lives.

Camp Forget-Me-Not/Camp Erin DC campers will enjoy a full day of activities and grief focused workshops to help them express themselves and develop bonds with others. The Wendt Center believes that grief impacts the entire family system and a portion of each session is dedicated to integrating caregivers.  Camp Forget-Me-Not/Camp Erin DC is provided free of charge.  Help support kids suffering from the effects of homicide, suicide, drug overdoses, and other causes of grief and trauma.

I appreciate your help.  Thanks!
