On January 19th 2013 my friend  Úna Finnegan along with 3 of her friends died in an avalanche in Glencoe. 

This year I have decided to run the Bupa women's 10k In Glasgow...many of you know I'm not a runner, so 10k might not be far but it seems a very long way to me...

I'm hoping to raise some money for the Glencoe Mountrain Rescue Team. A wonderful group of volunteers who risked their lives to search for Una and her friends on that day.
