We're dedicated to beating blood cancer. We fund research and support those affected. Since 1960, we've invested over £500 million in blood cancer research, transforming treatments and saving lives. The day we beat blood cancer is now in sight and our researchers are determined to finish the job.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

While working down in Birmingham some friends foolishly talked me into going on a very big run. Now i'm back up North but they've told me this doesn't mean I can escape and I am now getting ready for my first ever half marathon!

So for the past few months i've been doing a lot of running, walking and generally trying to put one foot in front of the other. Most of you will know that I am fairly competitive and don't like to lose at anything. So I will either win the race or be taken off on a stretcher!

I am doing all this in memory of my Nana who died of leukaemia. She was an amazing woman and every penny raised will help my chosen charity carry out life saving research.

So please dig deep and donate now.
