GBSNergise is well underway. I'm aiming to do 4 circuit workouts a week through onefitmama to raise money for GBSN. Exercise has such a positive effect on mental wellbeing and has kept me going through the last year with all the lockdown.
GBSN supports mothers and their families achieve their breastfeeding goals and supported me so much with both my children. They have also been working really hard to keep the support going whe. We are in lockdiwn offering virtual one to one support and virtual support groups. We managed to get back to face to face groups when permitted and these were really well thought out to ensure the mothers felt safe..
Theres still time to register for GBSNergise, all you have to do is try to do any activity every day until the 19th Feb and pledge to donate to GBSN for every KM walked/run/biked or for every 10min of activity completed. Please e-mail annyjames2308@yahoo.com for more details
