Hi 

This Christmas morning I and some family members, will be jumping into the sea to honour my late grandad and raise much needed funds for the Beaumont Hospital Foundation. I chose this charity because they cared for my grandad with great empathy and compassion in his final days. The nurses and doctors worked tirelessly providing my grandad with the best care and dignity in his dying days and as a family we want to show our appreciation.
