Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page in support of the the Giraffe Project in Kenya!

I will be running the 20 Kilometers of Brussels on May 30, to support the Giraffe Project and their school in Kao La Tumaini, Nairobi, Kenya.  The project started in 2005 as a rescue centre for teenagers living in Korogocho slum, and is sponsored by a small church in the slum. It is now a secondary school and vocational training centre for 100 teenagers, aged 14 and over. Though run by a church, Kao la Tumaini welcomes children of all faiths without discrimination, believing that all children deserve education, food and support.  You can read more about this project on www.giraffeproject.org.

Last year the team running the 20 Km of Brussels were able to raise enough funds to support the school for an entire year - and we hope to do the same or even better this year!  I would be very grateful if you would sponsor my participation in the team this year with a donation.
