Everyone is now required to wear a face covering in shops and supermarkets and of course wearing one on public transport has been around for a while, but not everyone owns a mask. I've seen lots of disposable options available and now big chains are producing their own reusable masks. I've been putting my sewing skills to good use and making some for family and now I want to make more to help raise money for Oasis. 

All my face coverings are made from washable fabric and are double thickness with a wired support for the nose. There are no fiddly ties and all have elastic loops which go around the ears. Although they are one size I've received lots of good feedback about how well they fit. 

Donate at least £5.00 for each face covering. All fabric designs available will be shown on Instagram @paperamanda. If you don't mind what design you receive just tell me if the face covering is for a male/female. If you are not local to me I can post within the UK.

For over 25 years, Oasis has worked across Thanet and Dover to help people who have experienced Domestic Abuse. The charity works to make people safer, to house people fleeing in our refuges, to help them on the path to recovery, and work with children who witnessed and experienced the abuse.The current Coronavirus pandemic has meant the charity has had to cancel all of its fundraising events and transform its services to respond remotely.
