We're here again at the annual memorial knees up and fundraiser in memory of Amanda. This time it's a big one, it would have been Amanda's 40th this year, so I feel an extra special effort is in order... On the day we've got some amazing auction lots donated by friends, so I'm hoping people are able to be super generous whilst walking away with some great prizes. 

If you're not able to make it, please do feel free to contribute anything you can to help out, and I'll be circulating Auction lots before the day, so if you'd like to make a blind bid, just let me know. 

The reason we've chosen Mummy's Star is, it's been 2 years and the effects of the work that Mummy's Star did whilst Amanda was ill, and in the immediate aftermath of her departure are steel keenly felt. They're a small charity, but they work with people who are having to make impossible decisions through their illness, and in the worst cases helping those who are left behind. 

Let's help them in the cause, because it's an almighty good one.
