I am running the 2025 EMF 5k for Alpha-1 UK Support in order to raise as much money as possible.They are a fantastic Charity that support the families affected by this disease.

I was diagnosed with this genetic condition when I was 16 and my mum before that and I have personally seen and felt the strain it puts on a family seeing a loved one go through what they have to living with this condition.
