Isaac was diagnosed at 1 and half, we all thought he just had hay fever because it was summer and his eyes where swelling but he stopped eating, was crying constantly and even stopped urinating. Not enough people have heard about nephrotic syndrome therefore don't know how serious the condition is. My poor nephew/grandson suffers everyday.

Nephrotic Syndrome (NS) affects approx 10,000 people in the UK, majority are children, with no known cause or cure. The current treatment is non-specific and highly toxic, with many potentially life-threatening complications. NeST funds Bristol Children's Hospital in researching NS to find a cure.
