Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.

As a company, we are setting ourselves a target to complete the Sandstone Trail (34 miles in length), as a relay team, in 7 hours.

Seasoned walkers can complete the Sandstone Trail in one go; this is best achieved during the long summer days and takes around 12 hours. But be warned: it's a long way; as 1 weary walker remarked, 'for the last few miles the stiles were 10 feet high'

Alternatively, Cheshire West and Chester Council's Sandstone Trail booklet splits the Trail into 3 roughly equal parts. Each section is around 18 kilometres/11 miles: an enjoyable day's walk in 1 direction for anyone who is reasonably fit.

...and the official guidebook, Walking Cheshire's Sandstone Trail, breaks the route into 7 easy and enjoyable sections and finish logically at convenient towns, villages, roads or key points.

We are going to finish it in 7 hours!!

We would greatly appreciate it if you could Click on the 'donate now' button and support this worthy cause.

Many thanks, from all of us here at RLT Group.
