Over the next 6 weeks I'm doing a different weekly fitness challenge, involving 4 sessions in 1 week over and above my regular fitness activities, which already involve a bit of spinning, Zumba, Pilates and more. 

Rather than do this for my own benefit, I am doing this for Papua Partners, a cause close to my heart. Earlier in the year you will remember the catastrophic floods that killed over 100 people in Sentani, West Papua. Papua Partners was at the heart of providing an emergency response which involved temporary food and shelter for over 1000 people. More recently, indigenous Papuan people are facing violence and discrimination in Wamena, where Papua Partners also works. Papua Partners is committed to empowering Papuans to tackle the many injustices they face.
