Warrington Animal Welfare Neutering Clinic Appeal

Sober for October · 30 September 2021

Help us to reduce the amount of unwanted and abandoned animals in our local area and support our local communities - by helping us to raise £12,000 to set up and run an on-site neutering clinic.

Story

As many of you will know, I would love to own a dog, but am responsible enough to realise owning one wouldn't suit our lifestyle.

You will also know that I do enjoy a glass or three of vino and that I sometimes go a bit left field.  So I have decided to go Sober for October for Warrington Animal Welfare to support this small local charity with the good works they do.

I want to help Warrington Animal Welfare to reduce the amount of unwanted and abandoned animals in our local area and support our local communities by helping them save more innocent lives.  WAW is a community based, local, independent animal rescue charity and receives no Government funding.  Each year 1,000s of unwanted cats, dogs and rabbits end in rescue centres, live miserable lives on the streets or end up suffering a painful death. The volume of unwanted animals are pushing rescues to breaking point each year.

I am helping them to achieve this goal of preventing unwanted litters by helping WAW to open an on-site neutering clinic. I will be donating the equivalent £ in wine I would drink to the charity. If you wish to join me, please do.
