There will be 1 million people with dementia in the UK by 2021.
Less than half of people living with dementia in the UK have a diagnosis, Alzheimer's Society are campaigning to improve the diagnosis rate.
An early diagnosis can improve a persons chances for a better life and improved comfort later during the disease, by donating through my JustGiving page you can help the Alzheimer's Society with their commitment to keep people with dementia connected to their lives and the people who matter most.
Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe, and never sold to third parties. Once you donate, the money will go directly to the Alzheimer's Society, so it's the most efficient way to donate.
And please when asked if you want to give 'Gift Aid' tick to say YES! So long as you pay tax, the government will match a percentage of your donation.
