Story

I am running this years Cambridge Half Marathon in memory of my Grandad (Don) who sadly passed away a year ago.

The care that my Grandad was received was second to none and I know that he would definitely say 'I cant believe that I am getting this all for free' as he frequently told us during his stay at the hospice. This service is free to patients but isn't to the hospice itself and survives on donations and fundraising to be able to deliver this expert and quality care. Please donate what you can, £1, £2. Every penny is a penny put into patient care, please help me raise my total of £250. I ran the Half marathon last year in 1hr 52mins, I would love to beat this time this year and will donate an extra £20 if do beat it!! (I will donate this anyway but it is extra incentive while im running around Bury St Edmunds at 7am in the cold) :)

Thank you for listening to my waffle!! Please donate as you can!

Thank you very much

Alex & Don
