I'm fundraising for the wish centre, a small local charity based in Harrow (Reg charity no. 1125263).

The wish centre helps children and young people with mental health issues and specialises in the prevention of self-harm, abuse and exploitation.

They do some incredible work such as peer support programmes, counselling, creativity and digital therapy.

Their approach offers young people a space in which to talk, to get help and to help each other, filling a much-needed gap in children and young people’s mental health services.
