Rock UK was originally established in Littlehampton, Sussex when a group of inspirational Sunday School teachers identified a need for a place to take children from London on holiday to the seaside. One hundred years later, the charity continues to provide outdoor experiences for the young and young at heart regardless of their background.

To celebrate the 100 years of the centre we have set ourselves a challenge, as a family and as a team, to cover 100 miles over the course of the summer. We will be cycling, walking, paddling, swimming and running our way to 100 and pushing ourselves to complete the challenge. Our main aim is to be able to create an awareness of the amazing impact the centre has for children and adults alike and to be able to provide the opportunities and more for years and years to come!
