Sadly human  history  is full of disasters, natural and man made, but history is also full of human endeavor to mitigate those disasters and make the world a better place for all. 

Through giving talks , tours and celebrations, Alan is fundraising for the International Rescue Committee UK, one of the world's leading charities seeking to alleviate human suffering.
