Story
Tamsyn will be chopping her hair for 'little princess trust' after always saying from being very little she always wanted 'Princess long hair'.
A few years ago whilst I cared for a little girl receiving cancer treatment I sat and researched ways to explain to Tamsyn and others in my care the reasons for hair loss - we sat looking at story's and many reasons children might loose hair she sat and sobbed saying how she would hate to not have 'princess long hair'. We read stories about children being given real hair wigs from the little princess trust amd she decided herself that once her hair got to her bum she would cut her hair to donate to children who have no hair to be made into a wig..... Well it reached her bum about six months ago and in true Tamsyn fashion she's changed her mind more often than she visits the fridge (those closest know this girl lives with one hand attached to the fridge door!).
Finally today she's said its time to think about sponsorship. I'm so mega mega immensely proud! she's always loved her princess long hair and is terrified of getting it cut so this is a big deal for her! She's said she would like to reach £350 sponsorship (this is the cost of a pure hair wig for a child!) - wouldn't it be lovely if we could smash this target for her! Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
UPDATED 12/5/15 at 21:11 (£410) - TAMSYN IS NOW OVER HER TARGET - Please help her go from £350 (one wig) to £700 (two wigs) PLEASE PLEASE HELP me help her get there...... So proud of this girl
Please share her page and help support Tamsyn in reaching her goal! I will be videoing her reaction and taking photos to share once it's done.
