Join Age UK Barnet for our first virtual Quiz Night of 2021!

When: Thursday 11 February 
(Virtual) Doors open: 7.45pm
Quiz starts: 8.00pm – 9.30pm

In such unprecedented times, we are all facing challenges like never before, but for vulnerable older people, COVID-19 continues to make life more difficult than ever.

Age UK Barnet usually holds a series of face-to-face quizzes throughout the year, raising over £2,000 at each, but for the time being due to the 'new normal', are not able to hold one. Instead, please join us for an evening of competitive fun at our first virtual Quiz Night of 2021!

Tickets are £6 per person which includes an Age UK Spring Raffle ticket. The money raised will contribute towards the Age UK Barnet Digital Connection campaign. Here's what your generous donation will enable Age UK Barnet to provide:

• £5.00 One month of internet connection for an older person.
• £10.00 A volunteer to support an older person over the phone to get started with their computer.
• £20.00 Refurbished computer tablet for an older person.
• £50.00  Refurbished laptop for an older person.

To register yourself or a team (maximum of 6 players per team):

• First, make your ticket donation(s) via this JustGiving page.
• Then copy and paste this link into your browser and complete the registration form:

• If registering as an individual, you are asked whether you are happy to remain as an individual player or be added to a team to make up a team of 6.
• If registering a team, at the time of registering you will be nominated as 'Team Captain’ and will need the full names and email addresses of all your team members.
• IMPORTANT: The email addresses used to register need to be the email addresses linked to your Zoom accounts to enable us to let you into the quiz smoothly. If you don't have a Zoom account you can still join via the direct link we will send prior to the quiz.
• Once you have registered, if you have any changes to your registration and/or team please email info@ageukbarnet.org.uk

• The deadline for registering for the quiz is 5pm Tuesday 9 February. The registration form will then close.
• Full joining instructions including the Zoom link will be sent on Wednesday 10^th and again on Thursday 11^th February.
