*About the Project*

Rahma (Mercy) has been delivering food aid to the people of the Balkans continuously for more than 2 decades. The goal of this project is to ensure there is not a single person left hungry without the basic necessity of food.

In Albania alone, a quarter of the population is said to be below the poverty threshold. Over the last 2 years, earthquakes and the Covid-19 pandemic has meant that the unemployment rate is on the rise. This has meant that families are living without essentials and are struggling to make ends meet.

With your support, we can help Rahma to provide food parcels to many families in the Balkans. Each pack will have a mixture of the following; Rice, Flour, Cooking Oil, Pasta, Lentils, Salt, Sugar, Dates and Drink. This is an ongoing project throughout the year with a list of beneficiaries receiving aid every month. In Ramadan, Rahma increase their distribution to reach even more areas

• £30 Will feed 1 Family of 4 for 30 days
• £60 Will feeds 2 families for 30 days 
• £90 Will feed 3 families for 30 days 
• £150 Will feed 5 families for 30 days 
• £300 Will feed 10 families for 30 days
