Story
This year I'm running two marathons two weeks a part, Brighton on April 12th and then London on April 26th. The charity I am running the London Marathon for is Trauma Care, which aims to promote and define best practice in the management of trauma.
I've been training in the gym before work now since the beginning of January, and been doing my longer outdoor runs at the weekend! To begin with, it was a real struggle, I have run 7 marathons before so know what it takes, but I've been out of regular exercise for about 18 months due to two operations on my lower back, but today marked the 20th gym session (04/02/2015) so I am getting there, and I now have six weeks until I take on my first half marathon!
