Story
Due to the Covid-19 outbreak, Abingdon RDA has had to cease all of its life-changing activities indefinitely. With fundraising events cancelled and little-to-no opportunity to continue raising our public profile, our income stream has already dwindled to an unsustainable level. We still have 14 horses to care for in order to continue as a charity and provide our services.
We need your help, and are wondering, while you are spending less on social events, whether you would consider making a small donation to us with some of the money saved. The smallest act of generosity could make a huge difference in these worrying times...
🐴Your £5 coffee and cake could feed two of our ponies for a day 🐴
🦄Your £10 cinema ticket would buy us a bag of shavings to make our horses’ beds🦄
🐴Your £15 entry into a club would buy our horses’ special supplements for a week 🐴
🦄Your £20 theatre ticket could buy the fuel to run our tractor for a week 🦄
🐴Your £30 round of beers would feed one pony for a whole month 🐴
🦄Your £40 meal out would pay for one of our ponies to see the farrier🦄
Please consider donating to local charities in these difficult times. We will be fully reliant on donations until we are able to run as usual again, and expect that our services will be more needed than ever when life eventually returns to normal.
