My name is Isla Pearson and I am 12 years old. I was diagnosed with Tourette's Syndrome when I was 7 but recently it has got stronger and people are beginning to notice. I want people to understand Tourette's Syndrome and know I can't help what I say or do. Sometimes it's funny but sometimes it hurts me. It can also be a bit embarrassing!

I want to shave my head to raise awareness - and so that people understand Tourette's doesnt define me. I am still just Isla 💚
