PLEASE REMEMBER TO CONTACT US ONCE YOU HAVE SIGNED UP

Join us online for this year's self-defence seminar, lead by fully qualified self-defence instructor Sensei David Lambert and kickboxing coach Adam Lambert! 🥊

This class is perfect for anybody who wants to learn self-defence, even if you are new to martial arts. We will also hold a Q&A/ social session after.

Please donate to our just giving page (recommended donation £3) to gain access to the event. Please either email us or send us a message on social media with a screen shot of your donation and we will send you a link to the event.

All money will go to Grampian Women's Aid charity. Please invite flatmates and friends to come along!

FAQs:
Can I still attend if I am not a student?
- The event is open to both students and non-students
Do I need to prepare anything for the event?
- The main thing is to make sure you have Microsoft Teams installed. Other than that please make sure you have enough space around you for exercise and sportswear for your health and safety. You can take part in the event on your own or with other members of your household. We are aware that many people live alone so the seminar is adjusted accordingly.
Do I need to have my camera on?
- You don't need to have your camera or microphone on for this seminar. It is totally up to you. Although you may benefit from having your camera on so our instructor can correct you on anything.

For any other questions or problems, please contact kickboxing@ausa.org.uk

We can't wait to see you all there! 😄
