This page is set up in honour of Anthony Walsh.

Anthony led a happy and fulfilled life as a brilliant father, husband, brother, son and friend. He was adored by his family and he adored his family. A day never seemed to pass without him telling us how much he loved us. He was a dedicated Arsenal fan and had a passion for football. He continued to play ;football throughout his life. He was larger than life, always jolly and positive. His illness did not change this.

He was diagnosed with MND in May 2021 and sadly passed away on October 23rd 2021. During his illness, support was provided by the MnD Association and in particular, Doddie Weir’s charity; “My Name’5 Doddie Foundation”. This charity meant a lot to Anthony, they provide research and support for families impacted by MnD and are increasing awareness regarding this condition and the devastating impact it has on the lives of those impacted by it.

In Anthony’s loving memory the family would welcome any donations to this worthy cause.

This fundraising target is a long term goal. We plan to arrange many fundraising activities in the future.
