Our cancer campaign has been the pivotal reason why we had initially set up Beani Bazar Cancer and General Hospital. Each year thousands of people from Bangladesh lose their lives through cancer due to financial constraints and lack of awareness. Our aim is to change this, provide lifelines and a voice for the voiceless. Imagine living in a world unable to eat or provide for basic means and your health being secondary. Since opening hospital doors BBCGH have provided treatment, care and financial provision to 1192 cancer patients to date. Patients taking advantage of our cancer awareness and detection services has risen each month. We have been fortunate enough to provide funding for cancer patients here in the UK and Bangladesh. BBCGH understands that no two cancer patients are alike, and neither is their treatment. Each patients journey has some common traits: strength, determination, persistence and sense of hope in the battle against cancer. Our patients inspire us every day.
