We take the availability of low cost food for granted and rarely think of those literally starving with no roof over their heads. So I have set out to challenge myself…

My 3-Day No-Food Fast - that’s 72 hours with no food, not a single crumb - to raise £3000 for The Raza Foundation Pakistan Flood Victims Appeal, specifically to build a house for a family that have lost everything!

Please help me by giving whatever you can. When the challenge is complete, I will personally follow through with The Raza Foundation on this pledge and post updates as the work on the build progresses.
