Since my Breast Cancer Diagnosis in January 2013, I have had 8 Cycles of Chemotherapy, Surgery and Radiotherapy via the Linda McCartney Centre. Although there are no certainties in Life (ok, there are: Death & Taxes) I cannot wait for the 5km Fun Run to CELEBRATE  (more or less to the day) being CANCER FREE 1-Year On from my diagnosis at the magnificent Linda McCartney Centre on the 18th January 2013.

 

I would like to give back to the Centre that has saved my life via 8 Sports Fundraiser to raise £8,000. My fundraising for the Centre I also hope to GIVE FORWARD, as we strive to break new ground and help save the lives of others via The Centre's World Class research into the causes, prevention, and treatment of (Breast) Cancer. So far I have held 4 Events and raised £4,000, so I would really appreciate if you can help to raise the next £4,000. This 5km event on the 26th January 2014 will also help me Celebrate being 1-Year on from my Diagnosis :DDDD

Thank you for your support & donations which I personally know these will go a long way at this World Class Centre which has a "shopping list" of equipment for the New Royal Hosptial. This list includes a Mammogram Machine, however it comes with a price tag of £65,000!!!

But together we can raise money for the equivalent of at least "some of the buttons" on this new Mammogram machine, which will help detect even the earliest stages of Breast Cancer during test & screening :D
