Zeno Gives Back is a day each year that we dedicate to giving back to our communities around the world. This year, 3 Monkeys Zeno will be walking 15 miles to raise money to support our charity partner, The Mental Health Foundation, which aims to help people understand, protect and sustain their mental health.

The issue of mental health is close to our hearts. Research by the UK's Chartered Institute of Public Relations (CIPR) into the public relations profession found that over a fifth of PRs have been diagnosed with a mental health condition, while the highest stress levels in the sector are experienced from within agencies and consultancies.

In addition to our own 'Be Kind to Your Mind' programme, we recently entered into a pro-bono arrangement with The Mental Health Foundation, to provide PR and fundraising support through 2020 as a way of advancing the discussion through important research.

The Mental Health Foundation is the UK's charity for everyone's mental health. With prevention at the heart of what they do, The Mental Health Foundation aims to find and address the sources of mental health problems so that people and communities can thrive.
