24 Hour Drumathon for Glasgow Children's Hospital , 30 July 2016
We fund medical equipment and services to give our children the best possible care

Story

I have had the misfortune of having a child in need of medical assistance and I was quite frankly blown away by the care and support the staff and service operators of Yorkhill Children's Charity gave during our week stay to repair a misplaced thumb! Ever since then, I've always made a point of donating money here and there to the charity, but after seeing how much more can be raised from a collective group rather than a single person, I thought it would be a good idea to use the vast interconnectivity of the Glasgow music scene, drumming community and beyond to try and raise a significant amount to be used by a worthwhile charity who are looking after the most vulnerable youths in our city. Anything you can spare will make a massive difference and we hope to try and raise at least £1000 for Glasgow Children's Hospital.

So far, the response has been great with The Audio Lounge, Rhythm Base and a core of Glasgow's drummers already getting involved, so keep checking the event page below in order to stay up to date on who is playing and when!
