   Hi everyone My name is Ross, me and my best mate of 16 years are raising money for a charity very close to our hearts, Help For Heroes is a great charity they have raised over 30 milllion pounds since 2007.

   Me and steve are going to be running from second ave in Canvey Island to the Sealife centre in Southend on sea.The run is 11miles, one part of the run is going to very Challanging for us as it as up a very steep hill. This going to take place on the 6/12/2009 at 12 noon. There are around 8300 British Troops in Afghanistan serving at the moment, so why they are away from all there love ones, lets  do something for them and all the troops that are getting injured  everyday in helmand province.
